REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participants:

  • If a participant cancels at least 7 days before the workshop date, they will receive a full refund.

  • For cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop, a 50% refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Organizer:

In the rare event that a workshop is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient participants, emergencies, or instructor unavailability), participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to either receive a full refund or rebook for a future date.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to be completed.

Rescheduling:

Participants wishing to reschedule their booking can do so at least 7 days in advance without any additional fees. Rescheduling within 3-6 days of the workshop date will incur a 10% administrative fee.

Exceptions or Special Conditions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of medical emergencies with a valid medical certificate provided. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
